Curtis R. Spencer, Jr. has been practicing law for more than 26 years and is the owner of a small law firm. He specializes in real estate law and has also worked as a consultant in matters involving real estate acquisition for a non-profit organization.  Curtis serves as counsel for Spencer Realty, LLC and regularly instructs on legal topics relating to Colorado real estate.  He is a member of the Colorado and Aurora Bar Associations.
He earned his J.D. in 1988 from the University of Denver, College of Law, and his B.A., in 1977 from the University of Denver.

In Curtis’ spare time he enjoys photography, camping, spending time with family and spoiling his grand-son.

What would your perfect room look like?

I’ve always wanted the kind of room that has an extensive library with a good variety of historical books. A big window to read by with family pictures and unique art on the walls and a wall mounted TV to keep up with world events.

What would be the most amazing adventure to go on?

An African safari. I love birding and a safari would provide plenty of birding opportunities.

What’s your favorite place to eat in Colorado and why?

Home. I love my wife’s home cooking.
